Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of eCommerce payment solutions tailored to client needs in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and design innovative product features that enhance transaction efficiency and security
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features using agile methodologies
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy at JP Morgan Chase
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with existing banking platforms
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on product enhancements
• Partner with sales and account management teams to support client onboarding and solution adoption
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to optimize user experience and drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal JP Morgan policies in all product solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, payments, or eCommerce solutions within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of delivering client-facing product solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of payment processing, eCommerce platforms, and digital transaction ecosystems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and compliance
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
