Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their eCommerce payment needs and develop customized solutions
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments offerings, from ideation to implementation
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend enhancements to JP Morgan's payment products
  • Work with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions in client platforms
  • Monitor and resolve issues in live payment environments, minimizing downtime and risks
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position JP Morgan's eCommerce solutions advantageously
  • Prepare and present product updates and performance metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all solutions comply with financial regulations and internal JP Morgan standards
  • Drive innovation in digital payment experiences to enhance client satisfaction and revenue

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, payments, or eCommerce solutions within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, including ACH, wire transfers, and digital wallets
  • Proven track record of collaborating with clients to deliver tailored financial product solutions
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in payments, such as PCI DSS and AML requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
