Key Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder engagement across EMEA regions to ensure effective third-party outsourcing governance and compliance
  • Execute and manage projects related to third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring
  • Develop and implement policies aligned with global regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's internal standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to mitigate outsourcing risks
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of third-party relationships to identify and address potential compliance issues
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes impacting corporate third-party oversight in EMEA
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on governance metrics and risk exposures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in third-party management processes within the dynamic global team
  • Support training and awareness programs for internal teams on outsourcing best practices
  • Monitor emerging risks in the financial services landscape and recommend proactive measures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing oversight, or regulatory compliance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, and relevant outsourcing guidelines from the FCA and PRA
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement in a global banking environment
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate governance principles and third-party risk assessment methodologies
  • Professional certification such as CRISC, CISA, or equivalent in risk management
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred for EMEA focus

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Risk Management or Compliance
