Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of EMEA global workforce screening projects, from initiation to closure
  • Ensure all screening activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's policies and EMEA regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, and Compliance to mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to enhance screening efficiency
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership on project status and outcomes
  • Drive process improvements in workforce screening to support JP Morgan's global operations
  • Oversee vendor management for third-party screening services, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Analyze screening data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to fraud detection
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations related to workforce screening initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within financial services or compliance
  • Proven track record managing large-scale screening or investigations projects in a global context
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements for workforce screening, including GDPR, AML, and KYC
  • Experience with risk management frameworks in banking and financial institutions
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards in the financial sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or JD) in finance, law, or compliance
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal screening tools and processes
