Reporting to the Global Head of HR Regulatory Affairs, you will be based in our London office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with stringent requirements from bodies like the FCA, PRA, and EU regulators. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing HR regulatory strategies tailored to EMEA's diverse jurisdictions, including GDPR compliance, employment rights, and financial sector-specific mandates. You will oversee policy development, conduct risk assessments, and lead responses to audits and inquiries, ensuring JP Morgan Chase maintains its reputation as a trusted financial leader. By fostering partnerships with legal, risk management, and business leaders, you will integrate regulatory insights into HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee relations, mitigating potential exposures in areas like data privacy and fair labor practices.
