Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client portfolios for emerging needs, such as digital payment innovations or regulatory changes
  • Conduct regular client meetings, prepare performance reports, and provide strategic advice on payment optimization
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management and compliance protocols in all client interactions
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling relevant JP Morgan payments services and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Analyze client feedback to prioritize enhancements in service delivery and product offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, account management, or payments within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payments landscape, including SEPA, SWIFT, and cross-border transaction regulations
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or another EMEA language is advantageous
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial compliance standards such as GDPR, AML, and KYC
  • Ability to travel occasionally within EMEA region as needed
