Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for EMEA employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security regulations, and JP Morgan Chase's global payroll policies
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and global mobility teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and support employee queries
  • Perform payroll reconciliations, audit reviews, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
  • Manage payroll data integrity using systems like Workday, including uploads, validations, and error resolutions
  • Support year-end processing, including tax filings, W-2/equivalent forms, and bonus calculations for financial services staff
  • Contribute to process improvements and agile team initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency in the EMEA region
  • Handle confidential employee data in line with data protection standards, mitigating risks in a high-stakes banking context
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding payroll activities for new hires and departures across international locations
  • Monitor payroll trends and provide insights to optimize costs and compliance in JP Morgan's HR service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, including UK PAYE, EU social security contributions, and compliance with GDPR
  • Proficiency in payroll software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP, with experience in multi-country payroll processing
