Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cash equity sales initiatives targeting global portfolio managers and institutional investors in the EMEA region
  • Expand and deepen client coverage by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling J.P. Morgan's equity products
  • Collaborate with trading, research, and product teams to deliver tailored equity solutions and market insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at buy-side firms
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitches, and performance reports on equity sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns for cash equity products
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting J.P. Morgan's global sales objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cash equity sales within investment banking or financial services
  • Proven track record in selling equity products to institutional clients, particularly global portfolio managers
  • Strong understanding of EMEA equity markets, including regulatory environments like MiFID II
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is advantageous
  • Series 7 or equivalent financial licensing, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing role in a top-tier financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket bank like J.P. Morgan Chase
  • Deep knowledge of cash equities, derivatives, and related trading products
