Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct supervisory reviews of trading activities, including pre-trade and post-trade monitoring for equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives
  • Collaborate with front-office traders, middle-office risk teams, and compliance to mitigate operational and market risks
  • Develop and implement enhanced supervisory controls and procedures to support business growth and regulatory changes
  • Monitor trading patterns for potential misconduct, escalating issues to senior management as needed
  • Contribute to marketing reviews by assessing new product launches and client suitability in EMEA markets
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on trading best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with regulators such as the FCA and prepare reports for internal audits and examinations

Required Qualifications
