Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery processes for emerging rails and payment solutions at JP Morgan Chase
• Manage change activities, including stakeholder communication and implementation of new payment features
• Ensure all products comply with financial regulations and internal JP Morgan standards
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-impact initiatives on schedule
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements
• Drive efficiency gains through process optimization and adoption of innovative payment technologies
• Conduct market analysis on emerging payment rails to inform product strategy
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and regulatory changes
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the payments team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
• Proven track record in leading product delivery for emerging technologies in rails and payment systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial industry, including PCI DSS and AML
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency improvements and manage change initiatives in complex organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
