Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and optimization of emerging payment rails products to enhance JP Morgan Chase's payment ecosystem
• Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify pain points and opportunities in real-time payments and digital transactions
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs
• Perform market analysis on emerging technologies like blockchain and stablecoins to inform strategic product decisions
• Drive innovation by prototyping and testing new payment solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in financial services
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as transaction volume and user adoption, and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to mitigate regulatory risks in payment product launches
• Engage with stakeholders across JP Morgan Chase to align product initiatives with broader corporate goals in global payments
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and gather feedback on product iterations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record in developing and launching innovative payment products or platforms
• Strong understanding of emerging payment rails such as real-time payments, blockchain, or digital wallets
• Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking in the financial sector
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in payments and financial services (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
