Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in emerging payment rails by identifying market trends and technological opportunities in the financial services landscape
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to shape product features for JP Morgan Chase's payment offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and launch optimized payment products
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product roadmaps and enhance user experience
• Ensure products adhere to regulatory standards and mitigate risks in real-time payment processing
• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize features for scalable, secure solutions
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses in a fast-paced banking environment
• Contribute to thought leadership on emerging rails, such as blockchain or instant payments, within JP Morgan's innovation ecosystem
• Monitor industry developments and integrate best practices to maintain competitive edge in global payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of emerging payment rails such as real-time payments, blockchain, or digital wallets
• Proven track record in conducting user research, data analysis, and product optimization
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in payments (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, or U.S. banking regulations)
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable product strategies

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
