  • Analyze and interpret UK and international employment tax regulations to ensure alignment with business operations in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tax-efficient strategies for employee compensation, benefits, and contingent workforce arrangements
  • Conduct risk assessments and support HMRC audits, preparing documentation and responses specific to banking and investment activities

  • Professional certification such as CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ACCA) with specialization in employment taxes
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employment tax advisory within a financial services or large corporate environment
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment tax regulations, including PAYE, NICs, IR35, and related HMRC guidelines
