Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated sales support to Payments Sales Managers (PSMs) and Payments Client Managers (PCMs) in the Energy, Power, Renewables, Metals & Mining vertical
  • Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends to identify client opportunities in payments and liquidity solutions
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and pitch books tailored to sector-specific needs
  • Assist in managing client relationships by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Track sales pipelines, generate reports on performance metrics, and support CRM updates in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists and compliance to deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor competitive landscapes in energy and mining payments to inform sales strategies
  • Support due diligence and KYC processes for new client onboarding
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as industry events and webinars focused on renewables and power sectors
  • Ensure all activities comply with JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or the energy sector
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in energy, power, renewables, metals, and mining industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
