  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers using tools like MS Project or Jira
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks in equities clearing workflows, adhering to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across global teams, with a focus on APAC markets in Singapore
  • Monitor project deliverables, track KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership on transformation outcomes

  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future initiatives in Equities Operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within financial services, preferably in equities or derivatives operations
  • Proven track record of managing transformation projects in clearing and settlement processes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in futures and derivatives markets, such as those from SGX or global exchanges
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies in a banking environment
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
