Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for equities operations transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Oversee a team of test analysts and engineers, managing resource allocation and performance to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing for trading platforms
• Collaborate with program directors, product owners, and technology teams to identify risks and mitigate issues in real-time
• Drive innovation in testing methodologies, incorporating automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in JP Morgan's equities operations
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and internal JP Morgan policies throughout the testing lifecycle
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing status updates, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance practices
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing phases, contributing to overall program success
• Identify opportunities for process optimization in equities settlement, clearing, and reconciliation operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT testing, quality assurance, or operations transformation within the financial services industry
• Proven track record as a Test Manager or similar leadership role in large-scale program transformations, particularly in equities operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial markets, including HKMA and SEC guidelines
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall methodologies
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in equities trading systems and post-trade operations at a major investment bank
• Knowledge of automation tools and DevOps practices in financial services
• Prior role at JP Morgan Chase or similar tier-1 financial institution
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese in addition to English
• MBA or specialized certification in financial technology (FinTech)
