Key Responsibilities

• Support the Equities Prime Trading team in executing trades and managing client orders efficiently
• Monitor market conditions and provide real-time assistance to traders on equities prime products
• Assist in risk management by tracking positions, exposures, and margin requirements
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Prepare daily trade reports, reconciliations, and performance analyses for internal stakeholders
• Liaise with clearing houses and counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the trading workflow
• Ensure compliance with JPMorgan's internal policies and Hong Kong regulatory standards
• Support ad-hoc projects related to new product launches or market expansions in equities prime services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equities trading, prime brokerage, or financial services support roles
• Strong understanding of equities markets, including prime trading products and services
• Proficiency in financial systems and trading platforms such as Bloomberg or similar tools
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous for Hong Kong operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification
• Prior experience in a prime brokerage or equities trading desk at a major investment bank
• Knowledge of Asian equities markets and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong
• Advanced Excel skills with VBA or Python for data analysis
