Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ETF operations, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage the end-to-end ETF lifecycle, from issuance and redemption to portfolio valuation and reporting
  • Lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, performance management, and professional development
  • Collaborate with front-office, compliance, and risk teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency in ETF servicing
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and resolve escalations related to operational discrepancies
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as expanding ETF product offerings at JP Morgan Asset Management
  • Ensure compliance with internal JP Morgan policies and external regulations in the European market
  • Liaise with custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers to maintain seamless operations
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management on ETF performance and challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ETF operations or fund servicing within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing ETF lifecycle processes, including creation, redemption, and NAV calculations
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as UCITS, AIFMD, and MiFID II applicable to ETF operations in Europe
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in financial systems and data management tools relevant to asset management
  • Ability to work in Dublin, Ireland, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA)
