Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and market insights
  • Handle confidential communications and documentation related to client interactions and internal strategies
  • Coordinate logistics for executive events, board meetings, and team offsites within the financial services division
  • Liaise with internal teams such as compliance, risk management, and operations to ensure seamless executive workflows
  • Manage expense reimbursements and budget tracking for executive activities in line with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory filings and client presentations in the investment banking sector

Required Qualifications
