Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while coordinating with internal and external parties
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents related to Chase Auto operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, offsites, and events, including venue booking and material preparation
  • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase's data security and regulatory standards
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing for the Chase Auto division
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams in consumer banking to support strategic initiatives and projects
  • Provide administrative support for board presentations and executive briefings on automotive finance trends
  • Monitor and order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth office operations
  • Act as a key point of contact for the executive, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive schedules and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
