Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in Chase Wealth Management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and market insights
  • Manage expense reimbursements, budgets, and vendor relationships in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including virtual sessions with clients and stakeholders in the Hudson Metro region
  • Handle sensitive client information and ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Liaise between executives, team members, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and wealth management portfolios
  • Assist in event planning for client appreciation events or team-building activities in White Plains, NY

Required Qualifications
