Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders in the Commercial & Investment Bank, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
  • Manage expense reimbursements, invoice processing, and budget tracking in compliance with JP Morgan policies
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including virtual conferences and client events in Hong Kong
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to banking operations and client interactions
  • Support team initiatives by organizing departmental events and facilitating cross-functional collaborations
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from executive meetings to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and managing office supplies and resources
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting JP Morgan's culture of excellence and client focus

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications
