Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents with a focus on accuracy
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in the Commercial & Investment Bank
  • Handle travel logistics, including international bookings and itineraries compliant with JP Morgan policies
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to banking operations
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, client pitches, and investment strategy sessions
  • Support event coordination for team offsites, conferences, and networking events in Hong Kong
  • Monitor and reconcile expenses using JP Morgan's financial systems
  • Provide general administrative support, including office management and ad-hoc projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Hong Kong regulatory requirements in all administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
