Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Commercial Banking executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and industry insights
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including board presentations and client engagements in the commercial banking sector
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintain confidential records and files related to banking operations and client information
  • Assist in special projects, such as preparing materials for regulatory reviews or business development initiatives
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, flagging urgent financial or operational matters
  • Support team events and offsites, promoting efficiency within the Commercial Banking leadership group
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes across JP Morgan Chase's Los Angeles office

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
