Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation for domestic and international trips
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow
  • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, client presentations, and departmental briefings
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning or ad-hoc research related to financial services initiatives
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems to ensure operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative support during high-volume periods, including regulatory filings or deal closings in the financial sector

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level calendars and travel arrangements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
