Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and industry-specific content
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including board meetings and client engagements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely responses
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to financial operations
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and vendor coordination within JP Morgan Chase guidelines
  • Liaise with senior leaders across departments to facilitate seamless communication and project execution
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as market research summaries or regulatory compliance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies on data security and ethical standards
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members during peak periods

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level calendars and travel arrangements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
