Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and office supplies for the executive team
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client events, and departmental offsites
  • Maintain confidential files and records in compliance with JP Morgan Chase data security policies
  • Assist with special projects, such as market research or regulatory filings support
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters
  • Support onboarding of new team members and facilitate cross-departmental collaborations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
