Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including board presentations and client engagements in the financial services sector
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and procurement processes in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless communication
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory filings, investor relations, and compliance reviews specific to banking operations
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from executive meetings, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Support special projects, such as event planning for JPMorgan Chase initiatives or team offsites
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records, adhering to data security standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure setting
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
