Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while resolving conflicts proactively
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including virtual conferences using tools like Microsoft Teams
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase's data security policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating smooth communication
  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing in alignment with financial guidelines
  • Support special projects, such as event planning or board preparations, contributing to team objectives
  • Monitor and order office supplies, maintaining an efficient administrative environment
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff during peak periods or absences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level calendars and communications with discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
