Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and market insights
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and logistics
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, client presentations, and regulatory reviews
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning for financial conferences or team offsites
  • Maintain confidential files and records related to investment strategies and client portfolios
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries on behalf of the executive, prioritizing urgent financial matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive-level calendars and travel arrangements with high accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
