Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential communications and documentation with discretion, ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Coordinate logistics for executive events, board meetings, and client engagements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for the executive's department
  • Conduct research and compile data for strategic financial initiatives and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems to ensure operational efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to risk management, compliance, or investment banking operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of managing executive schedules and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for executive support

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase systems and processes
  • Advanced certification in administrative management or project coordination
