Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in JP Morgan Chase's Private Bank, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports using financial data and client information
  • Act as a liaison between senior executives, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage expense reimbursements, invoice processing, and budget tracking in compliance with firm policies
  • Coordinate client events, board meetings, and off-site engagements to drive relationship-building and business development
  • Maintain confidential records, databases, and filing systems for sensitive financial documents
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting departmental initiatives in a collaborative environment
  • Monitor and respond to executive emails and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to private banking strategies, such as research on market trends or client portfolios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a financial services or private banking environment
