Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Commercial Banking business leaders, including managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and handle logistics for executive events and offsites
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office and financial data tools
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to business operations and client interactions
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, client presentations, and regulatory submissions in the financial services sector
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Support team coordination by organizing departmental meetings and tracking action items
  • Contribute to administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Commercial Banking division
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by business leaders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a financial services or executive environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for business leaders in Commercial Banking
