Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership in the Seattle office, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using financial data and market insights
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and alignment with JP Morgan Chase's brand standards
  • Manage expense reimbursements, budgets, and vendor relationships in compliance with financial policies
  • Organize team events, offsites, and client meetings, incorporating virtual tools for global collaboration
  • Handle confidential documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams in investment banking, asset management, and commercial banking divisions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for executive projects
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining office operations in a dynamic financial services environment
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as preparing materials for board meetings or investor relations activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
