Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting demands
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders in the financial services sector
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client engagements, and team offsites, ensuring seamless execution
  • Handle confidential information related to deals, investments, and client portfolios with strict adherence to JP Morgan Chase's privacy policies
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and key departments, including compliance, risk management, and operations
  • Organize travel itineraries, including international flights and accommodations, optimizing for efficiency and cost
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and data analysis using tools like Excel for executive decision-making
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion by relevant teams
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as event planning for JP Morgan Chase's Amsterdam office initiatives
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative processes to support executive productivity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in banking or investment services
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for executive support
