Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Asia Pacific CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate high-level executive communications, including drafting emails, preparing briefing materials, and handling sensitive correspondence
  • Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, client presentations, and internal strategy sessions in the Corporate & Investment Banking division
  • Handle travel logistics, including international bookings, visa arrangements, and expense reconciliations compliant with JP Morgan policies
  • Provide administrative support for the CEO office team, including document management, filing, and coordination with global stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners, ensuring seamless information flow and confidentiality
  • Assist in event planning for Asia Pacific leadership events, such as town halls, client dinners, and regulatory briefings
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, tracking progress on key initiatives in investment banking operations
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with JP Morgan's health, safety, and security protocols
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as research on market trends or preparation of financial reports for the Asia Pacific region

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Proven track record in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information for senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements in the banking and investment sector
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting and presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with experience in cross-cultural communication in Asia Pacific markets
