Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the Investment Banking – General Industrials team, including calendar management and travel coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive presentations, reports, and pitch books using PowerPoint and Excel for client meetings and internal strategy sessions
  • Coordinate logistics for deal teams, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and off-site events in a dynamic investment banking setting
  • Manage confidential correspondence, expense reimbursements, and documentation in compliance with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies
  • Act as a proactive liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators for industrials sector deals
  • Handle ad-hoc requests such as research on market trends in general industrials and preparation of briefing materials
  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and supporting team-wide administrative needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in investment banking or similar high-stakes roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting
