Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Marketing and senior team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations tailored to financial marketing strategies
  • Coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and client meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives within JP Morgan Chase guidelines
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication on marketing projects
  • Maintain confidential records and databases related to marketing strategies and client interactions
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, regulatory filings, and marketing performance reviews
