Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Benelux Private Banking team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute executive reports, presentations, and correspondence related to client portfolios and market analyses
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with J.P. Morgan's data security and privacy policies
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, events, and team offsites across the Benelux region
  • Assist in expense management, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the team
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal, and investment teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and team activities in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including research on market trends and regulatory updates relevant to private banking
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and partners in the Netherlands
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior administrative staff

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in private banking or financial services administration
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with proficiency in French considered advantageous for Benelux operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly private banking
