Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and edit executive presentations, reports, and financial summaries for board meetings and client interactions
  • Manage expense reimbursements and budget tracking in compliance with JP Morgan Chase financial policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams across global offices to facilitate seamless project execution
  • Handle confidential communications and documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives
  • Organize events, offsites, and executive briefings, ensuring all logistics align with firm standards
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining departmental records
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, providing proactive solutions to support executive decision-making
  • Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as data analysis for financial performance reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record in financial services or a similar high-stakes industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience drafting executive correspondence
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives in investment banking or asset management
