Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional table service to JP Morgan Chase executives and guests, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences
  • Set up and maintain dining areas in compliance with corporate standards and health protocols
  • Anticipate guest needs, recommend menu items, and upsell beverages while adhering to JP Morgan's hospitality guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the executive dining facility
  • Handle special dietary requests and accommodations for clients from the financial services industry
  • Assist in event planning and execution for corporate functions, board meetings, and client dinners
  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when serving sensitive business discussions
  • Monitor inventory of dining supplies and report needs to management
  • Provide feedback on guest preferences to improve service quality and menu offerings

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end dining or fine dining service
  • Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of New York State health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events in a corporate environment
  • Strong command of English; multilingual abilities a plus for serving diverse executive clientele
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in professional settings
