Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of analytics solutions tailored to JP Morgan Chase's global financial products and services
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, including investment banking, asset management, and corporate finance, to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Oversee the integration of data analytics platforms with JP Morgan's core banking systems to enhance risk assessment and customer insights
• Drive innovation in analytics tools, leveraging technologies like AI and big data to support strategic decision-making in the financial services sector
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards and internal governance policies at JP Morgan Chase
• Manage a team of analysts and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend enhancements to analytics products
• Conduct performance reviews and ROI analyses for deployed solutions, reporting to senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration, particularly for APAC initiatives based in Mumbai
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in financial data analytics and product management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, product management, or solution delivery within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and deploying analytics solutions for large-scale financial institutions
• Deep understanding of financial data ecosystems, including regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, Basel III) and risk management frameworks
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a banking environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and interpretation for business decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on innovation in fintech

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or CFA with a focus on data analytics
• Prior experience at a tier-1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase, handling high-volume transactional data
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in financial analytics and predictive modeling
• Experience in vendor management for analytics tools and cloud-based platforms
• Fluency in multiple languages, with a preference for those relevant to APAC markets

Required Skills

• Expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for financial data processing
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, risk analytics, and regulatory reporting
• Product management skills including Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving in complex financial datasets
• Leadership and team-building in multicultural environments
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) for predictive analytics
• Project management tools like MS Project or Asana
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles in financial data handling
