Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic oversight of billing operations for JP Morgan Chase's global financial services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Drive innovation by implementing automation and digital tools to streamline billing processes and reduce operational costs
• Manage a team of billing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance, IT, and compliance teams, to align billing strategies with business objectives
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and develop remediation plans to enhance billing cycle times
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls in all billing activities
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract management for billing-related services
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues in billing operations
• Champion change management initiatives to adopt new technologies and processes across the organization
• Report on billing operations performance to senior leadership, providing insights for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in billing operations, financial services, or operations management
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements in a high-volume financial environment
• Deep knowledge of billing systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and financial reporting standards
• Experience managing global teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated industry like banking and capital markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in project management (PMP) or Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar enterprise billing platforms
• Background in international billing operations across multiple regions
