Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Distribution Planning team to develop and execute analytics strategies supporting JPMorgan Chase's branch network and real estate decisions
  • Oversee quantitative modeling for branch location optimization, site selection, and performance forecasting in the retail banking division
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Consumer & Community Banking to align distribution plans with business growth objectives
  • Drive data-driven insights to evaluate real estate portfolio performance, including lease negotiations and closure recommendations
  • Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from data collection to visualization and reporting for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Analytics) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on real estate analytics, branch network optimization, or distribution planning
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a quantitative analytics environment within a large financial institution
  • Deep expertise in data analysis and modeling for retail banking or branch operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including real estate and compliance standards
  • Experience with large-scale data sets and enterprise-level analytics tools in a banking context
