Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the business card portfolio, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and optimization of key metrics such as acquisition, retention, and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising product managers, data analysts, and marketing professionals to drive innovation in card features and benefits tailored to SMB clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance portfolio value
  • Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks in the card portfolio

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in credit card product management, portfolio strategy, or financial services product development
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of business card or SMB lending strategies
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including credit risk management and consumer protection laws
