Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of AI innovation strategy for Wholesale Lending Services, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's broader technology roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and launch AI-powered products that enhance lending operations
• Drive transformative AI initiatives, such as predictive analytics for credit risk and automated loan processing, to achieve business impact and operational efficiency
• Identify emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to financial services, evaluating their potential for integration into wholesale lending workflows
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring AI solutions meet regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
• Foster partnerships with internal AI research teams and external vendors to accelerate innovation in lending services
• Monitor and measure the performance of AI products using key metrics like ROI, user adoption, and risk reduction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in AI/ML) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML products in financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of leading AI-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business impact in lending or wholesale banking
• Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a global enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as data privacy (GDPR) and AI ethics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on wholesale lending solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
