Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the talent performance and progression strategy across JP Morgan Chase, aligning with firm-wide goals in asset management, investment banking, and commercial banking
  • Design clear performance expectations, feedback mechanisms, and career progression pathways to support employee growth and manager effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business units to integrate performance data with talent acquisition and succession planning
  • Analyze performance trends using HR analytics to identify gaps and recommend enhancements in a data-driven manner
  • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous feedback and development, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations
  • Partner with technology teams to implement digital tools for performance tracking and career mobility within the firm's ecosystem
  • Advise senior executives on talent strategies that drive retention and progression in competitive financial markets
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to employee engagement and progression outcomes
  • Facilitate training programs for managers on performance coaching and career development best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance strategy, or HR consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management systems in large-scale organizations
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments in banking and financial services, including compliance with SEC and FINRA standards
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives in a global financial institution
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including senior executives and regulatory bodies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in HR (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) or organizational psychology
