In this leadership role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and performance of the Ultimate Rewards program, a cornerstone of JPMorgan Chase's consumer banking offerings. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across marketing, technology, risk, and partnerships to innovate program features, such as flexible redemption options and personalized rewards, while ensuring adherence to stringent financial regulations like those from the CFPB and GDPR.
