Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Ultimate Rewards program, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's customer-centric goals and business objectives
  • Oversee program governance, including policy development, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations
  • Drive performance optimization by analyzing program metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance value delivery
  • Foster cross-team collaboration between marketing, product, technology, and partner ecosystems to innovate and scale program features
  • Lead the annual planning and budgeting process for the program, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization
  • Monitor competitive landscapes in rewards programs and recommend enhancements to maintain JPMorgan Chase's market leadership
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with internal executives, external partners, and vendors to support program execution
  • Champion customer experience improvements, leveraging data analytics to personalize rewards and increase engagement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or product management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale loyalty or rewards programs, with a focus on customer engagement and value optimization
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including data privacy and consumer protection laws
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborating with teams in marketing, technology, risk, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance metrics and ROI in customer-facing programs
