Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards to track technology transformation initiatives across JPMorgan Chase's financial services operations
• Coordinate program execution for key projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and metrics to provide insights on program performance and risk exposure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and compliance, to drive initiative success
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformation programs, identifying areas for improvement
• Support senior leadership in preparing presentations and strategic recommendations for board-level reviews
• Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's risk management frameworks and financial reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on reporting, program management, or technology transformation
• Proven track record in supporting executive-level reporting and program execution in a banking or financial institution
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and Basel III
• Experience with data analysis tools and financial modeling in a high-stakes environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a global organization like JPMorgan Chase
