Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of executive-level reports on technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Oversee program execution for tech projects, including timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination across Finance and Technology divisions
• Conduct in-depth analytics on financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in transformation efforts
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights for board and executive presentations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all reporting and program activities
• Drive process improvements in reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the financial services ecosystem
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for tech programs and provide regular updates to mitigate potential issues
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to align teams on program objectives and deliverables
• Support budgeting and forecasting for transformation initiatives, integrating financial analysis with tech execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, program management, or analytics within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading technology transformation initiatives in a banking or financial environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or SEC filings
• Experience with data analytics tools and financial modeling in a high-stakes corporate setting
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute programs under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Data Analytics
